I have the one given by Vanyi in Droknar's Forge, but I'm hearing there is another in the desert? Can anyone tell me where and who gives the quest?

You need to grab the Forgotten Ones quest in Destiny's gorge. That will lead you to a snake that will give you the Forgotton Wisdom quest for the extra +15...
